At Founders Yoga we use the physical practice of yoga to find health and balance. We embrace the fact that every body is different and we all come to class with different life and body experiences.
Based on the principles of Ashtanga yoga, with a focus on appropriate alignment and attention to breath, our classes offer a powerful, strengthening practice, where you can safely gain flexibility, fitness, and overall wellness.
We encourage you to respect where you are at presently and offer adjustments and modifications to suit each individual’s different needs and abilities. In our classes we practice listening to the body, letting it tell us when it is time to do more and when to do less.
